Does ISTA+ has some type of guide stored within? Lets say I want an engine rebuild, will it have some manual ways to place things again with each other, without connecting it to the car?Also, for Action 10, there's a variance in phrasing amongst the Directions and the program. It didn't request a vendor ID, I can not recall what it truly explained
